An examination and check of your entire body, with special emphasis on any possible food allergies or intolerances. After a Body Check you could see improvements in:

After the consultation you will be advised on an individual programme to follow.

Your Body Check will be split between Lesley Hancock for Kinesiology, and Kate Fitzpatrick for Nutrition.

The standard price for a Body Check is £99 for a session, taking approximately 2½ hours (1½ hours for kinesiology, followed by 1 hour for Nutrition). Special offers are available from time to time, please ask for more information.
