Meditation For A Happy Life
Classes on meditation and Buddhism are held here, as well as other places in and around South London, Kent and Surrey. They are open to everyone, Buddhist or non-Buddhist - beginners are welcome. Courses run throughout the year. These classes are run by the Dorjechang Buddhist Centre in Wimbledon, founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. The centre practises and teaches New Kadampa Buddhism. Evening classes are held on Mondays (7.30pm - 9pm): the cost is £7 per session, £30 in advance for a course of six sessions, or £35 in advance for a course of seven. Lunchtime classes are currently held on Tuesdays (12 noon - 1pm); these are £5 per session.
