Reflexology
Congestion or tension in any part of the foot mirrors congestion in a corresponding part of the body. Treating the whole foot can have a relaxing and healing effect on the whole body. What happens when I go for a Reflexology treatment? On the first visit, your Reflexology practitioner will have a preliminary talk with you to determine your present and past health and lifestyle. The Reflexologist will then use their hands to apply pressure to the feet. The application and effect of the therapy is unique to each person. The touch is firm and is neither painful nor ticklish.
