Workshops and Courses

Advance booking is essential for all of these workshops. Places are limited in order to ensure space and personal attention for everyone, so if you are interested please contact us as early as possible.

• Reiki Levels 1-3, 1 or 2 day courses
• Healing Workshop, 1 day Sunday course

• Yoga Classes Beginners or Progressive/Intermediate, 6 week evenings Wednesday/Thursday

Reiki Courses

All our Reiki courses are taught by a Reiki Teacher Master, based on traditional Usui Reiki, with knowledge and teaching from both the Western and the Japanese traditions. All Reiki courses are include professional certification and a Reiki manual. For all Reiki courses writing materials and a notepad are required, please bring these with you. Reiki post-course support is provided.

We also, of course, offer Reiki treatment sessions performed by qualified practitioners.

Reiki Level 1 & 2 have sometimes been taught as two separate Reiki courses in the West, but they are much more beneficial when taught together as one course. This corresponds much more closely to how Usui Sensei, the founder, taught Reiki. After this course you will have a greater understanding of Reiki and using Reiki actively to work on conditions on a physical and emotional/mental level. The attunement will dramatically raise your frequency and enable you to access specific frequencies of energy. You will understand the integral purpose of the Reiki symbols and their respective kotodama, and you will understand how these work and how to use them for self healing and healing others. After this course the student can practice Reiki professionally.

The Level 1 & 2 courses can be taken seperately, one day for each.

Reiki Level 3, the Master Teacher level, allows the student to teach Reiki and dramatically elevates the student's awareness. After your Level 3 Reiki course you will have the knowledge to be a highly competent and professional Reiki Master Teacher. You will understand the full responsiblities that come with being a Reiki teacher and the implications of this for your personal development and path in life. Your Master's attunement will have dramatically raised your frequency, strengthening your healing abilities and increasing your intuition to enable you to help people effectively as a teacher.

The Level 3 course is taught on request only.

Healing Workshop

This one day workshop is a wonderful opportunity for you to discover the power of your own spirituality.

Under the unique guidance of Annette Goldsmith you will learn how to awaken your innate psychic abilities to help spiritual healing for yourself and others.

You will learn how to understand and restore spiritual and chakra balance, and receive practical instruction in how to apply the natural healing power within yourself for the benefit of all.

You will work within a group situation and also practice one to one healing with other members of the workshop.

Bring your own lunch - we have shops nearby and nice gardens opposite.

Spiritual Development & Awareness

Annette will be holding a group to increase spiritual awareness within ourselves. By bringing our spirituality more to the forefront of our being, we will lead more balanced and peaceful lives - very much needed in these stressful times. Please come and join us.
